Not sure I understand your question. You didn't offer enough information about where you want to train or where you're legally able to live/work.
Your profile says you have a CPL but doesn't say from what aviation authority or how much flight time you have.
It's hard to advise how to apply to aviation colleges since they'll all have differing requirements and processes...or if attending an aviation college is even necessary for a person in your circumstance to enter the profession.
