Preparing for a US Regional Airline Interview
Hello everyone,
I am currently building my flight time and expect to meet my R-ATP minimums in the coming months. As I prepare to apply for a First Officer position at a US based regional airline, I want to make sure I am as well-prepared as possible for the interview process.
For those of you who have recently gone through or are familiar with the hiring process, what do you think is the best way to prepare? Are there particular study resources, technical areas, or HR-style questions that tend to come up more often?
I have started doing my research online and getting ready but any insights, tips, or experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your guidance!
