Having CCTV recording what happens in the cockpit isn't a problem; it's already in use, as mentioned, in other sectors
• Pilots don't steal money from the till (in the cockpit)
• Pilots rarely crash into non-stationary objects.
• Air transport pilots are monitored by a comprehensive FDR, so the camera provides little benefit as "poor man's FDR".
