It is very simple.
Things works on the same way LIKE EVERYWHERE IN THE WORLD.
Wizz receives some free training for the A320 as the Airbuses are new in this region.(East Europe)
Boeing 737-800s were also investigated.
Wizz sends the locals to this training and they have enter into training bond.
On the other hand paralell with the training advertise and recruit type-rated pilots.
If the number of the trained (and bonded) and type-rated pilots are not enough, offers job for non-rated guys.
I am very interested in that airline, who do not follow this way,(mainly in the low-cost sector)if you have any information about it,I would appretiate very much to drop me a PM,mainly if they are operating B747-400 or Airbus 340.
Finally to ALL of You who has sent me PM,I will answer each.
But for avoiding misunderstandig,I DONT WORK FOR WIZZ as I have stable job at MALEV (although who knows the future in this industry??????),only wish them the best.
This low-cost operation does not exist in Hungary present days, but I am sure someone will do it.I hope it will be Wizz.
