In answer to Jingly's original question the only piece of FREE Windows software that I have been able to find is ExtractNow -

I've just tried it and it works well. Not as flashy as Isobuster or UltraIso but does the job.
And a voluntary couple of bucks Paypal donation rather than around $30 for the others.
Now in Linux......
