The argument put forward by AH is to give the pilot the best profile to successfully return to the ground in the event of engine failure, because the actual trajectories are not very precise and depend quite a lot on the pilots. It is not linked to a particular aircraft as FloaterNorthWest said.
@November Mike: H160 MTOW is 6050kg, HOGE @MTOW ISA is 6700ft.
