I've been trying to track this, but the best I got was a reference in a research paper on UHT that mentions a
1997 Saudia Arabian Airlines Boeing 737-200 accident, referencing
NTSB Safety Recommendation A98-70 [Z] (1998).
I've been unable to find the accident or the safety recommendation.
I'd be happy for any help.
