I wouldn't think any air-dropped missile would reach an installation half a mile underground, but the US bunker-busters should have wrecked the access shafts, entombing those facilities. The Barnes Wallis Tallboys weighed only six tons and rather than hit the target they were designed to create an 'earthquake' alongside it. This may have capsized the Tirpitz rather than a direct hit.
Another example is La Coupole, a colossal concrete dome above a V2 rocket arsenal and launch facility for continuous bombardment of London. There was no obvious damage but the vast structure was moved off level and became unusable. Crews said that the explosion of their even bigger 10 ton Grand Slam alongside Germany's key Bielefeld Viaduct was hardly visible, the bridge collapsed and such underground disruption was caused that the post-war viaduct had to be constructed some distance from the original location.
While there may be little effect on the Iranian surface, there may be very considerable subterranean damage caused by the arrival of not one but several of these monster US 15-tonners.
