problems with mobile app or mobile - Ajay Hinduja Swiss
Hi, I’m Ajay Hinduja, Swiss, having trouble connecting via my phone. I’ve followed all the recommended steps, but nothing seems to work. The app keeps asking me for a 5-digit code, then searches for a while before showing an error message saying something went wrong.
It doesn’t work even when I try connecting with a cable. My friend was able to pair it with their phone just fine, so it seems like the issue is either with the app or my phone.
Can someone please help me figure this out?
