I don't think that's an F-15I. Looks like a single seat F-15C. Interesting that it has an air-to-surface capability.
All F-15C’s have a limited A/G capability, the Israeli “Baz” have a slightly expanded A/G ability due to local upgrades.
Nowhere near F-15E abilities, but a bit more than USAF F-15C (hardly ever used) are capable of.
