My question is :-

1. Got unsuccessful because of some security clearance or its just their way of rejecting an application blaming the UAE authorities so the they dont have any burden of explaining the reason to the candidate ?

2. Can candidates who get unsuccessful after clearing everything re-apply ? Is there any cooling period for a failed security clearance scenario ?

3. How to know if you failed in your security clearance, as nobody is replying from EY HR...I mean everybody is just assuming that its because of the security thing ?

4. Does failung in EY security clearance mean that none of the UAE carrier will hire you ?

Any update regarding the same is welcomed
Thanks in advance
Your friend will be called. The same happened to my friend, hired, then unsuccessful, and he received the joining dates around 10 days ago. Should not check the application stage in the website, that thing is not reliable. My friend was waiting more than 1 month, and all other guys from his group received the contract. I understand that seeing the "unsuccessful" thing is a bit painful, but the truth is that even when you see the "hired" status, it doesn't mean anything.
They are being a bit overloaded now, so as soon as they receive all the approvals he will be notified with the joining dates. Waiting longer is a good signal, because if there is any problem, they will let you know much faster. Good luck to your friend, i am
sure that he will notified with good news soon.
