The Domestic Arrivals area has already moved and this makes way for an extension of the security area into the current orientation zone where the main WDF entrance is, which is already hoarded off.
Satellite reconfiguration with pre-boarding areas, including SAT 2, will be happening, but I'm not sure what the construction/phasing of that is currently.
Not really part of STN-TP as such, but the old Wetherspoons bar in SAT 2 by Gates 37/38 has been gutted out and is now just general dwell space with new flooring. Maybe that gives a possible impression of what SAT 2 may aesthetically look like more widely.

FRatSTN. Sounds like quite a complex job/reconfiguration happening re. security search extension. Given that this is being extended into the current orientation zone and WDF entrance, I wonder how the current WDF will look like when re-configuration has been completed, is it possible that the current snake-like walkthrough duty free will need to go? It'll be nice to see SAT 2 given a full refurb at long last
