They tell you everything during and after the assessment. Even if you pass the assessments it doesn’t mean you’re hired until they send you a contract. They also emphasize not to resign your current job until then. HR are clear in their instructions, they need to run your documents with the UAE government for security clearance, this is standard across most countries and airports and can take months of course.
