I believe the original image was part of GA-ASI marketing set at Farnborough last year. I think the "Vixen" is just a generic jet UCAV representation. The one in the foreground looks somewhat like their Gambit-3; one would assume they are looking at STOL development of the XQ-67A/YFQ-42/Gambit family to sell into the market segment.
The Farnborough marketing pic shown depicted the Gambit being launched via a bow catapult running alongside the 'ski jump', so wouldn't assume GA-ASI is looking to develop STOL versions of this or other 'Vixen' type aircraft.
