Will agree with Stapleford... but it has been a couple of years since I've been there.
For a bumpy concrete runway go and try out Swansea... the really old bumpy runway 15/33 has been closed though, there used to be a really big hump as you crossed 04/22 on the take off roll... landing you'd want to be touching down past the hump (more like a big traffic carming bump on roads) ;-)))
