It was raining, I was bored sitting in an endless Teams meeting - the third 2 hour one in 10 days on the same technical issue

I think you bring up a good point tho' - re newbies. Perhaps we should label such challenges as "one for the newbies" and encourage the older hands not to wade in for a while? I'd be happy to conform.
