I said - your won't even be allowed to undergo the training. Once you reach Italy, without Frozen ATPL or EASA ATPL, you will be refused, and the examiner won't be able to issue you the type rating, so it doesn't matter if TC recognize it or not.

Furthermore, and I should've underline - if you are NOT a EU citizen, you might not even be legally admitted as it's considered educational purposes, which are NOT allowed without a permit to non-EU citizens.
