The most disappointing aspect of the whole event is the lack of appropriate comment from the QF
PR people. Yet again they have failed to reassure the travelling public that the crew acted safely. They could have supported the pilots, but failed to say a word. Not the first time...won't be the last.
Why should Qantas
PR waste their time explaining a perfectly normal and safe operating procedure? Let Katter and company shoot themselves in the foot, together with the journos.
