I don't get the idea that Mr Trump wants to start "a foreign war" - if his first term is any indication of his aims now.
He likes to threaten and bluster, though, in hopes of that leading to some kind of deal.
Iran's president has basically told him "we see through you, not buying your BS" or something like that.
