I am seeking a pilot or engineer willing to be interviewed at our next member meeting (25th March)

Whilst our members publish mountains of documentation, it’s rare to have an opportunity to speak directly with document users.

Given the safety-critical nature of things like the FCOM, QRH and maintenance manuals, there are real lessons that can be taken from aviation into the wider context of procedural documentation.

The interview would be conducted over Zoom. Audience numbers are usually between 10 and 20 people.

In terms of time commitment, we would speak for perhaps 30 minutes a couple days beforehand (introductions, check Zoom presentation, any questions) and the interview itself would run for 30-40 minutes, followed by audience questions.

Please message me if interested.
Good on you, I hope you find someone.

Perhaps you see the irony of being an organisation focussed on excellence in communication, where you perhaps got the web address wrong in your message?

First example for you, simple errors undermine confidence.
