Aaaaaanyway, back to the security incident...
The article quotes Bazza having "kicked the gun down the stairs" but I see the skipper holding the barrel and kicking the butt away on the floor. A bit after this, Shazza exits onto thr stairs carrying the gun.
Not disputing Bazza's heroics, but credit to all involved seems appropriate. Apparently the skipper clocked the weapons as the FA was questioning the "maintenance" at which point the others jumped in when the pilot spotted the gun
