With the wing tanks full, the white line fills to the end of the last line.

Like in my car, one bar of petrol represents about 90 miles. Do the lines represent something similar?
Looks like for both the pound and kilo indicators there are 10 lines, so I don't think it refers to a specific weight, just a easy way to judge how much you have (as a percentage of full).
