TCAS RA without receiving TA beforehand?
Hi,

Like the title says, is it possible a flight could get an RA issued without being issued a TA before?

On aircraft such as A320 which has automatic TCAS BLUE, how would such a system cope with the RA if "TCAS BLUE" wasnt armed by triggering the TA?
