i wanted to ask how is the life in these countries as i have never lived in eastern europe before.. is it easy to find accomodation etc.. also they are offering 14on 7off.. My only concern is.. how is the life at these locations.. and which one is the best base in these countries.. thanks heaps in advance for your help guys..

For the first month in any base you will get a hotel accomodation. One month is more than enough to research place a bit and find an appartment you will like.
Life there... If you are really willing to commute - just take the base which has the most flights to your home.
If you are going to stay at your base city - of course choose Romania. City - is a matter of preference. I'd say Cluj is the most comfortable place, Bucharest road traffic is annoying. Also smaller bases give you less stress with standby calls and roster changes.
Whenever you will get acess to company internal networks - you'll be able to contact guys from any base - usually locals has some appartments for rent.
