Depends on what, where, when and hand twisted locking is not at neat as wire pliers. Especially 6 inch mini ones that are in many company tool kits and get into a lot of confided spaces. Seeing I did quite a bit of wire locking outside in 5 degree temperatures on the line today. Only stuff I will use hands on automatically is the restraint wire for battery connectors. Never saw a set of 6 " pliers ever in the RAF.
