Paris used to have a DH on Cat 3B, not every airport is NO DH. To qualify for Cat 3B, the DH needs to be less than 50 ft. Only Cat 3C requires zero DH.

Just because the aircraft is NO DH capable still need
- Airport qualified
- Airline approval
- Crew qualified
