Yup, you're right it a negotiating stance, and if I as a Canadian had a say, the oil and electricity would be the first thing that Canada shuts off. Second thing would be shutting down all freight traffic headed south. I'm sure the thebrest of the world would be happy picking up what Trump gave up.
