The Visa Bulletin moved by 2 weeks in the last 8 month, it's not looking too good even for the one who managed to get an approval unfortunately.
If the
VB only moves by 2 weeks every 3 month it will take Years for anyone applying now to get a green card.
Who knows what the market will be like in 5 years
