This is spot on. I'm one of those newish easyJet P1s and was considering EFW last year. Even with the LGW-related issues aside, the sums come nowhere near close - in fact I'd make marginally more on 75% part-time at EZY than full time at EFW (though if the 6k basic payrise comes, its probably going to be even).
