I gues for a pilot living in west europe, and commuting, the floating looks like a better option, but i guess with accommodation provided, the salary will be accordingly less...
I will participate on the virtual open day soon, and see what they say, i am based in ME now and i am looking to be closer to home and having more days at home as well, lets see how it goes.
I suppose, all this options are local contract with taxes and social security discounts...?
Cheers
The money is not less, you get a local contract on the country that your "reference" base is, with the same terms as the rest of the colleagues there. The only difference is that you can be assigned different bases, and also during your 20 duty days you get accommodation and an extra daily allowance (so actually you are getting slightly more than the rest).
Wizz has in general local contracts, all taxes and social contributions paid as per local law and double tax agreements between Hungary and Malta, depending on the AOC you are assigned to.
