I gues for a pilot living in west europe, and commuting, the floating looks like a better option, but i guess with accommodation provided, the salary will be accordingly less...
I will participate on the virtual open day soon, and see what they say, i am based in ME now and i am looking to be closer to home and having more days at home as well, lets see how it goes.
I suppose, all this options are local contract with taxes and social security discounts...?
