So because you claim to know a few (who aren't gonna tell you even if they did) then that means it's not true? Is the HR head of pilot recruitment still standing up at the start of the day and doing her best to convince everyone how "corruption free" the process is? (is this how BA, Ryanair, Easyjet or anybody else start their recruitment days?)
Is the last stage of the process still a "review board", where after passing all objective stages, now unknown and evidently subjective criteria are the final tool to determine the chosen? Yeh, sounds entirely corruption and bias proof, LOL
As I said, good luck to all applying. Just manage the expectations. if they say there are 10 spots, there are actually only 3 or 4 that are truly up for grabs .. you get the idea.
