HARS doesn't "tuck aircraft away" in WOL; it's the home of our Museum. I don't see folks in the USA suggesting Kermit Weeks flies his aircraft all over the US instead of "tucking them away in Florida!"
Sadly, it costs money to run these aircraft. At the moment, we're busy funding the first stage of our Museum development. If someone wants one of our a/c flown at the moment, that's fine; just [to plagiarise] show us the money!!
When the Museum development is bedded down, the board may see fit to spend our donated cash [and many thanks to our army of donors!!
] on the odd local, but 'away' trips must be funded.
