Career progression when joining A320
From what I can really get here (and what people who worked in one of the big 3 keep repeating) I have an impression that EY is a company where you will make decent money, live in modern but calm and very family friendly city and in a relaxed manner go to work. Sounds like paradise ! However I am actually curious what is the career path when you join now on A320. There is a considered aircraft order and big needs for the pilots- but what everybody is afraid of is to be stuck on narrow body for the rest of the life. Any thought or real life examples?
