The live out does pay slightly more at EK and if Im not mistaken the provident is only accessible if you spend 7 years at EK. Also the bond at EK is larger.
Otherwise captains are definitely better off at EK and by a big chunk.

I think that accommodations are also a criteria...i've been told that EK are better...can someone clarify us what's done pilots in that subject...
