Just curious if anyone out there especially in Eastern Europe knows much about this company.
Apparently, they are a new, low-cost starting in May and HQ'd in BUD with an outstaion in Katowice, Poland. According to a flightinternational.com post, they are looking for both Capts & FOs and have pretty minimal requiremnts for both. Looking @ their website
www.wizzair.com they have selected and leased 8 A320s to date. No mention of pay, benefits etc.
Anybody know more than this? Be interested to find out more including the background of the company CEO - Joszef Varadi (maybe ex-Malev?). Looks like the low-cost bug has finally hit Eastern Europe!
