Are EY paying what's advertised on their website, or have they increased the pay? I can't see why anyone would go to EY. Obviously, there will be EK leftovers and those who just really prefer Abu Dhabi over Dubai, but if EY wants to recruit the numbers that have been rumoured, having an uncompetitive package seems an odd way to go about a big recruitment drive.
agreed. But then again company culture is different I’ve heard. More understanding at EY then EK with regards to training and on the line. Also living in Dubai is more chaotic than Abu Dhabi. Larger airline vs smaller growing airline.
But ultimately its a numbers game..I can’t see EY hiring as much as they need especially with Riyadh ordering 60 A321s…I think a good number would move across unless package improves
