I'm also trying to figure out the same thing. Based on the figures both companies advertise online, It seems that a captain at EK will be at least 15,000 AED better off a month with two kids in high school.
Are EY paying what's advertised on their website, or have they increased the pay? I can't see why anyone would go to EY. Obviously, there will be EK leftovers and those who just really prefer Abu Dhabi over Dubai, but if EY wants to recruit the numbers that have been rumoured, having an uncompetitive package seems an odd way to go about a big recruitment drive.
