Not one you can use at home for basic training, and ms flightsim and xplane are way too complex to be fun any more (MS has problems with joysticks anyway, although it does have a 22). The flyit simulator is a complete package but way too expensive for what you want. I would recommend getting a fast desktop (they are always faster than laptops) dedicated for sim work (see ads in PC Pilot magazine) and getting a Meta VR setup with a cheap and cheerful program called flyinside which has a 407 and a chinook to play with, plus a really cool little military fast jet. You can also get a Gazelle and a Huey with some Steam programs. You might also get proper flying controls as well, which are available, but they are not necessary.
