First of all get a Class One medical.
#1... Get on a sponsored scheme, remember it's not really free!
#2....go full time Modular, or easyJet/CAE scheme by the time you're sat in RHS of a shiny jet, it will cost the same.
#3... Integrated, but be very careful.
