Right on the 09 ?

Hi all

I was just wondering if someone more experienced could answer me the following question?

If after touching down on runway 27 the ATCO says 'G-BY right on the 09 high speed'.
Does this mean taxi quickly all the way to the other end of the runway and turn right onto the taxiway at the numbers (09) marked on the runway?

I am referring to flying at liverpool airport here by the way
