The CPT service is not being cut, as such - it's never been operated through the southern winter before! However, the forward load projections have persuaded the company that the aircraft can more profitably be used elsewhere. I would think that a winter CPT will remain on the back-burner perhaps until an agreement for more frequent schedules can be obtained; twice weekly makes it difficult to compete with BA and SAA.
This service adjustment will have no effect on the proposed recruiting plans.
