ICAO PPL and EASA PPL holder, trying to get a CPL EASA (help!)

Hi fellows, I am looking for some help given my situation which I couldn’t find anywhere in the forum.
i hold Italian citizenship
i have a Greek ppl (EASA) and class 2 medical

Argentinian ppl (ICAO), multi engine rating and class 2 medical

250.5 Flying hours out of which have about 100 cross country, 30 multi engine (not simulated, complex aircraft)

I am looking for advice on getting my CPL (and frozen ATPL theory):
would it be accepted to have my Argentinian hours as part of the required hours for EASA CPL, considering they have been flown in Tecnams registered S (LV-S114 for example). I’ve heard that this light sports aircraft had issues in terms of being accepted, at least a few years ago.

what is the most convenient to do, get my Cpl in Argentina and convert it, or just take the hours?

any other advice, comments or tips will be highly appreciated
