Altitude selector usage…
I don’t want this to turn into a political debate, I just want to know what is the procedure at your company (SOP).
I would like this to be a survey/pole this on this matter… ideally company name and what is
your procedure would be nice to know.
#1 - Who manipulates the altitude selector when ATC gives you a climb or descent clearance, the PF or the PNF?
#2 - Is the procedure different if the PF is hand flying the aircraft?
