Not to speak about ITAR probably blocking (nearly) all European funded/provided support for Ukraine from the end of Jan 2025 .....
I'd not be surprised, when that turns out to be the secret 24h key .......
Though for this, I'd say, Biden would be able to handle this in the upcoming 60+ days, by simply granting a non-revocable "permanent" ITAR license to all and everybody having ITAR subject stuff (there are reasons Trump is silent about the way he wants to accomplish the 24h, since this can be easily prevented). That would be a nice poison pill for "the peace guy" ......
