He can supply additional weapons, etc, though all that stuff does have a "flow", which will quickly dry-up once the feared kid in town gets the White House keys.
What would be difficult is retracting fighting boots on the ground, though for that, I expect, it's to late. Even sending some nukes (via ballistic route) will quite likely stall somewhere in the command chain.
That said, I'd not be surprised when even more military organization hurdles will popup, while "shipping" already promised military aid to Ukraine.
