Hello everyone!
Im a low time FO, 26 years old, around 1600 hours of total time, out of which 1200h on the bus, currently flying 757/767. As Ive spent almost 5 years in the US on a scholarship in high school and did my FAA license there as well, I’m looking for ways back to the States as that’s where I want to work and live. I have Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in finance so nothing aviation related. Ive been in touch with few lawyers and, despite having low chances, obviously all of them, except one, told me that i should do it as with right arguments and representations they can do it.
I definitely want to try; however, I’d prefer to do it on my own, especially given the prices lawyer quotes (around 15k usd). Anyone could help in that regard who already went thru that process and was successful? Thanks!
I fully respect the fact that money is always a matter of perspective, but $15k is not that bad.
