Ones could argue they're leaving not cause it's terrible place to work but salary and perspectives are unbeatable elsewhere flying 320 and 737.

Yes, the captains and even LTCs of years left Emerald, to go and be Ryanair first officers, among 22 yr olds. If that doesn't tell you the story, then nothing will.
This isn't the standard moaning battalion (that every operator has), this was mass exodus.
HR were very disrespectful and unprofessional in my own dealings with them. From talking to others, they had much the same experience at the time.
