I presume you are aware that of the pilots from the old stobart franchise, practically everybody who could did abandoned Emerald, the majority before 18 months of the place starting up. Most have gone to Ryanair, and all had to join as FOs.

Yes, the captains and even LTCs of years left Emerald, to go and be Ryanair first officers, among 22 yr olds. If that doesn't tell you the story, then nothing will.

This isn't the standard moaning battalion (that every operator has), this was mass exodus.

HR were very disrespectful and unprofessional in my own dealings with them. From talking to others, they had much the same experience at the time.

The head of HR head came from the Irish health service (HSE), an organisation famous for corruption and incompetence. Out of nowhere she is head of HR for an airline ...??
