Thanks
I was told by them at Pilor Careers Live for an FO its £55,000 including flight pay before tax. Using UK.gov tax calculator it comes out as £42,461. I know that Loganair FOs on the ATR72 are paid around £50k before tax including flight pay.
Also, I went for an assessment with Emerald earlier this month, unfortunately wasn't successful (But instead was successful with easyJet!). In their Interview its a pretty casual chat, but be warned as I fell victim to the false sense of security haha! They ask you pretty extensive knowlage on the ATR. But begins as "what do you know about the ATR". Know the basics like Hotel mode, what each Hydraulic systems power, how the Prop brake sorta works, max cruise alt, max fuel (5tn). Stuff like that.
HR questions are pretty standard tell me about yourself, Ground school grade, job history, etc. They ask questions based off your CV.
As for the sim assessment it's pretty straight forward. The XJ sim at Simtech isn;t great. Quite light on the controls if youre used to any normal 737 sim. Just a manual departure, VOR track, quick play with autopilot for a radar vectored ILS to land. ILS is on Raw data too. One interview question is as well "If you could do the sim again, what would you do differently"
Hope this helps!
